When I updated a subject group today, I noticed that when I clicked on accept changes, the confirmation dialog box has the OK and CANCEL buttons switched around. OK is now on the right.

Please consider changing this back, I do not think this is best practice, I cannot think of a single website that uses this format.

It is going to cause issues in the long run, because having the OK button on the left is intuitive, and you are going to find many people inadvertently clicking on CANCEL when they meant to click on OK.
