When entering the "previous school", the system does not "search" schools already listed when you enter part of a school's name.  I am currently streamlining a VERY LONG list of previous schools, as there were up to 5 different options for the same school.  Every time that a new person does the capturing of the learner's info, a NEW name for an existing school is added.
