Due to the majority learners moving to online teaching during the lockdown, there is an urgent need to have an edit option and an email option for the re-registration forms. We are not able to physically accommodate hard copy paperwork any longer. 

We also would need an edit option as we do not have the same terms and conditions/policies stated on the your current forms. Please would you consider this soonest as schools will be needing to distribute this very soon.
