I trust that this email finds you well.

Last year, it was very convenient doing the Re-registration process online, but the delightful parents of quite a few learners took it upon themselves to delete vital parents information ie: Step-mothers/fathers details as well as adding other people responsible for school fees to the child's profile when we have different accountable people who have signed liability.  Pertinent fields need to be locked so that parents cannot change this information. 

My request is that for Re-registration purposes. The only thing the school must know is if the child is returning to the institute the following year; YES or NO.

If information updates are required, we will send out the update information link. The Re-registration link should be reserved for Re-registration only.
