Schools use the bulk email facility to send our notifcations/newsletters or even single email messages to parents.  Please could you look at developing:

a. A system that will have email tracking that allows us to see when an email has been read.

b. The ability to see, through the bulk email email queue, what the email that was sent, actually says, along with the attachment sent, if any were sent.

This is necessary, especially when important email is sent to parents and we need to have an audit trail to confirm that the mail was indeed read by the parent.  If this is not provided, we cannot determine whether the mail was opened.

The ability to see what was sent is also important.  An HOD or teacher may message a parent and then the principal may need to see what was said in order to confirm the content of the email, especially when a parent disputes that the mail was sent, or did not contain what is claimed to have been sent.

Please look at introducing this important aspect.
