For our financial department, the information of both biological parents must be entered, however, many learners live with grandparents (e.g. parents are working in city), or in a recomposed family, where there is a stepfather/stepmother. In an emergency, the parent/person with whom the learner resides, needs to be contacted.  

Can a 3rd screen be added to accommodate information of grandparents/stepparents so that it will be visible when you log into the learner's details?
