Is it necessary to add ALL details of learners which are not being admitted into the school for the future academic year?  I know on SASAMS when loading applications, very minimal details are requested specifically for those who have not been accepted.  Can this be adopted into D6 too, so that we do not need to spend unnecessary time capturing details which we don't really need? Perhaps when the option for waitlist comes up, an option for NOT PLACED is given as well so that further details don't need to be added.
