I am not sure if this is the correct forum. We release our term marks through the Connect App. At the end of the year, we cannot do so as it is a TERM mark that is released, not the PROMOTION mark. The promotion mark and the Term 4 mark is not the same, so it will be confusing and meaningless. 

The Term 4 mark in d6+ is set up as in SA-SAMS: 

In the example above, the Term 4 mark is the T4 End-of-year exam only. In the case of Mathematics, it is a test as well as the Term 4 end-of-year exam. These marks are however not the Promotion Mark, which is the one used to determine pass/fail.
