Remarks need a priority sorting function
When entering multiple remarks for learners at the end of the term, the comments are printed based on the comment code. This is problematic because sometimes certain comments need to precede others, in order for the comment to make sense.
Our teachers have been entering custom comments in order to ensure the comments appear in the correct order, but this is not a helpful solution, as the comments are often only used once.
