Can you maybe improve on this process. Can you perhaps let the report of the learner display, with the marks and comments of the other teachers, when you are typing in your comments and let it update as changes are made?
At this stage you have to sit with your marks sheets containing all the marks or the PDF copy of the reports open. You constantly have to switch between windows and you have no idea whether other teachers have selected the same comments as you. Sometimes three or more teachers select the same comments for the same learner and it looks unprofessional or it makes extra work for someone who has to go and check each report before it is sent out.
