I have attached copies of Reports we wish to have adjusted in layout.

Note that only Term 4 must show accumulated totals for absenteeism, transgressions, late for school, etc.

We require a Reply Slip to be added to bottom of page to ensure parents can sign off receipt of report without having to remove the section where educator / deputy / principal signatures are.

Additionally we request if there is any possibility that the Grade Average for Social Science Assessments breakdown of Geography & History can be included on the report.
