I have a situation where a d6 Connect message has been sent.  It has not had a great response (I asked for a question to be completed) and need to resend or flag it again.

The message is as follows - see yellow highlighted message:

The message contents is:

46% have read

20% have responded

What improvements can be made to ensure a response is received.

I will send another message on d6.
