Once an email address gets changed the following field turns to "NO" and needs to be changed back to "YES" again in order for the parent to receice a statement.

Is there a report to show which email addresses is no - in order to follow up on this function you need to go to EVERY parent individually to correct it.

This us quite urgent because not all admin staff realise that this can become an issue for finance staff in the future when they do updates on email addresses.

Both parents should receive statements (with both parents info on the statement).
