We would love to have a sick room function, where learners that come for first-aid or to the sick room can be booked in and out, and their illness/injury details captured with notes such as when the parent was called, any first aid administered, etc. If the data can be exported to excel, that would also help greatly in the recording of information for Health and Safety statistics purposes, and will eliminate the need to write all incidents down in a book every time. A first aid register can also be created, where monthly inspections can be noted for the first aid boxes, to save paper and keep all information safely on the system in the cloud.
