I hope you are well. I have a request for consideration. 

Some background info: At our school we have a line/pillar specializing in catering for special need education (essentially a school of skills), because of this we need to capture their needs as on the Special need assessment forms (SNA and DBE forms) as on SA SAMS section 3.1.9.  

The request: Would it be possible to create a space to capture this information from the forms directly onto d6 and have it then available in 3.1.9 in SA SAMS when we export our data when the department request the data from us.
