I would like to suggest a “standard” Google type form, which we can post on D6, to all parents to make sure that their children and own details are 100% correct on D6?  

We find that a lot of information on D6 currently, is out of date and it will make things so much easier if there is a standard form we can send to them, which can then be used to auto update D6.

The info the form must contain, will basically be exactly the same as all the information we have to capture on D6 under Learner, Parent/Guardian 1 and Parent/Guardian 2.
