We are experiencing a growing problem where two debit orders cannot be processed against the same family code.

We are increasingly dealing with parents who are divorced or separated and share the school fees on a 50/50 basis, with each parent wanting to set up their own debit order. We also have situations where one parent pays the school fees while the other parent pays the hostel fees.

Would it be possible to have more than one debit order account linked to the same family code? This would greatly assist us in managing payments where parents share financial responsibility.

Kindly let us know if this is possible, or whether there is an alternative solution available.
