In SASAMS, when a learner is archived, the marks are archived and the learner is not on the subject groups any longer.  If a learner changes subjects, we are also able to archive the marks, for future printing of reports.  It is strange that inactive/ left learners’ marks or subjects are still counted towards the total of learners in a subject and that way affecting the global number as well as grade averages per subject.

-If there is ever a way that subjects can be archived with learners, it will be very helpful.-

We missed some learners' subjects and it affected the grade average and it showed different on SASAMs and D6.

Also, if a learner changes subjects, especially Grade 10, there are a lot of subject changes.  Each time the subject must be manually removed from the subject group as well as the learner's subjects.  It is easily missed as well. 

I think someone suggested an archive button - if this could be applied for left learners as well as for subject changed, it would help a lot.
