The school is looking at changing the way in which it does the substitution for absent teachers. Currently an absent teacher's class goes to a teacher who is free. We would like to divide the learners up and allocate them to specific teachers who are teaching another class. The teachers who have free periods must not receive any subs learners.
Eg. Number the 5 subs teachers that a learner is allocated (give them a key) and then for each period, on the timetable, using the numbers(key), indicated the teachers who have a class using the keys.
