Please could you urgently look into a "Suspend" learner function that will retain the learner's subject choices, maintain mark calculations for components that accumulate to a Term 4 total (Orals, PAT's etc).  If a learner is made LEFT for whatever reason, during the year and then made active on the system again, one has to manually re-allocate all subjects and subject groups.  This also a causes break in the back-end calculation of components that pull through to Term 4, necessitating the recapture of these marks from Term 1 - 3. 

Having a SUSPEND button or function is a GOOD idea!
