Can an option be made on D6 where we can send letters that are already saved as templates on the program to parents?

e.g.

* click on the parent/child's name

* click on "send document"

* chose which document to send (e.g. acceptance letter, subject choice, letter of demand, detention letter, sports letter etc)

* a word document opens up automatically with parents details or information needed WITH the pre loaded wording of letter from school.

* all we will do if we want, is add or chance a figure or wording on the document (e.g. I would add the amount outstanding on the letter of demand)

* I can either then print the document OR download as PDF to send to the parent.

This would make life easier for ALL areas - Admissions would send acceptance letters, Sports Department sending tour letters out, Finance with Letter of demands, outstanding monies letters etc, etc. 

This would SAME TIME in all departments of the school as I am sure everyone would love to just click on a letter and automatically go through to the document without having to type in all the addresses, names etc of the parents or pupils.
