Even before POPIA came into play, we have had different consent forms for Photos & Video as well as consent forms for parents who wish to be added to WhatsApp / Telegram Class groups or who do NOT want to be contacted via these platforms at all. I know we can send school communication out based on their preferences but these cannot be communicated to the teachers efficiently and it is a tremendous pain to keep these lists updated. 

1) Is it possible to create a functionality where schools can create their own tickboxes (radio button) according to their individual school's needs? Maybe a tick for yes or no?

2) Alternatively, generic radio buttons for Photo consent, Contact consent?

Something along those lines?

Then we can just print out a list per teacher so that they can know who they are allowed to add/send photos of, etc.
