At the moment, I have left AND current learners on the Top Achievers list. This is creating a problem and wasting time, as now we have to sort through the list and take out the "Left" learners before we can do certificates for prize giving and lists of who our Top 10 achievers are per grade. I am not understanding why the Department would require a Top Achievers  list to have "Left" learners on it as they are not at the "Current" school anymore. These "Left" learners would then appear on another school's list if they are still Top Achievers.
