In our school there are two ladies involved in the finances of the school.  One lady is the person who deals with the debtors receipts, receipting of sundry items such as the cash received from our uniform shop.  She also then does the daily cashup and prepares the deposit slip for the cash to be deposited.  Currently she has no access to the deposit function which is a critical part of her job and she needs to have the access.  I find that very strange as she is the person doing the receipts but can't do the deposit and allocate the receipts to that deposit!

I am the second person who deals with the overall financial function of the school and currently I have access to all the finances on d6.  So in order for my receipting lady to be able to do her daily cashup and deposit, she needs to come and sit at my computer to be able to do this function.  It might work well in a big school which has more than two finance people but there are only two of us and I really don't  need the extra work of now doing the deposit function as well.  It is at the reconciliation stage that I check that the deposit has been done correctly otherwise my bank reconciliation will not balance.

She can get around this issue if we give her access to the whole financial function but there are certain things that she should not be seeing such as the payments, salary amounts etc. 

Please, please add the deposit icon/function under the debtors rights as well and also please allow sundry receipt posting under the debtors rights too as we have uniform shop income that gets receipted and she would need that as well as parents pay the money to her when purchasing uniforms.
