We have an administrator that is unable to receipt directly against a project without having access to the full finance function. This is a huge risk with confidential information being readily available. The answer from support that she will be able to receipt via the school debtor account for projects that have linked learners is not a solution as not all our projects have learners linked (could be staff or anything) and it is extremely tedious to do it this way. Can we have user rights for specific ledger accounts in order to limit access to the project control account only?
