WARNING ALERT ON D6 WHEN ACCESSING LEARNER/FAMILY INFO WITH ISSUES/SITUATIONS
Please could you somehow put a warning against a learner's details when there are special circumstances for the learner (eg parent/s deceased, restraining orders etc). Perhaps a floating message box on the screen when that learner's info is looked up to immediately alert me to the fact that there is a situation that needs to be noted and handled in a eg sensitive way, or to not permit a parent against whom there is a restraining order to fetch their child. We need to capture as much info about the parents as we can for school fee collection purposes, so all the info is required and although I do put "Notes" for issues where they exist, it is too time consuming to go through the menus to check all the notes when a child is being collected during school hours for whatever reason. Please understand the urgency of this request: before my employment at this school, a learner was fetched during school time by his father and killed by the father to punish the learner's mother.
