I received your reply regarding the very small letter type on the promotion schedules. I accept that you cannot change the number of columns, but I'm certain that you can change column  width and margins. Please find attached a copy suggestion where to save some space.

Furthermore, we are not allowed to reflect the promotion result for terms 1-4, only the final promotion result. Is it possible to remove this from the schedule or instruct me on how to remove it manually before printing the schedule.

Please do not publish the attached page, since it contains personal details of the school and learners.
