Attendance



This function enables the user to generate a learner attendance report. 

GENERATE A LEARNER ATTENDANCE REPORT
  • Select the attendance for a Week, Month, Term or Period.
  • Select the year.
  • If you selected Week, select the day on which the week ended on.
  • If you selected Month, the bottom part of the section will ask you to select the attendance for a month.
  • If you selected Term, the bottom part of the section will ask you to select the attendance for a term.
  • If you selected Period, the bottom part of the section will ask you to select the attendance for a from and to period.
  • Select the register classes on the left-hand side and click on the double arrows to allocate them.
  • Click on the "Preview" button to generate the report.
