Type <Ctrl> <F> to search for words in the article


The admissions and/or left register is generated per grade and information can be displayed for a specific period. 

Generate an admission or left register

  1. Select the register type you would like to view at : Admission register or Left register:
  2. Choose to show for Period.
  3. Choose the relevant  year and the date range.
  4. Select if you would like to sort according to Learner number or Surname.
  5. Select to include your No Show learners if desired.
  6. Select the register classes on the left-hand side and click on the >> button to allocate them
  7. Click on the preview button to show the report. The report will be generated as a pdf document. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this document. 
  8. You are able to download or print this report by clicking on the Down arrow to download and the little printer icon on the top right hand corner.
  9. If you choose the "print" icon , select your printer settings and print the document to your printer.
