Age Analysis Report
Generate an Age Analysis Report
- Select the date of the age analysis.
- Choose whether the age analysis should be for School debtors, Ledger control account or Collector.
- Choose accountable person.
- Choose whether the age analysis should be run per billing category or all billing categories.
- If you chose per billing category, choose the billing category.
- Choose to display the age analysis per learner, accountable person or register class.
- Choose to show debit, credit, zero or all balances.
- Choose to sort by family or family code if you chose to display the age analysis per learner or accountable person.
- Click on " Preview " to show the report. The report will be generated as a .pdf document. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this document.
