Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Summary and Detailed?

The summary shows a concise list of achievements per learner. Detailed provides a full breakdown including all achievement categories and activities allocated to each learner.

Where do I allocate achievements to learners before generating this report?

Achievements are allocated at My School > Achievements > Allocate Achievements. Both automatic (academic criteria-based) and manual allocations are done there.

Can I print one learner per page?

Yes. Tick the Learner per page checkbox when configuring the report options. This is useful for ceremony programmes where each learner's achievements must be printed on a separate sheet.
