How to generate an ANA Mark Schedule

How do I generate the ANA Mark Schedule as a PDF?

  1. Select the Year and Term.

  2. Select Preview in PDF.

  3. Enter the Area/Circuit.

  4. Choose Report headers: With or without school info.

  5. Choose Report footer: With or without school info.

  6. Choose Home Language Info: With or without data.

  7. Choose First Additional Language Info: With or without data.

  8. Choose Mark Info: With or without data.

  9. Set Reset Number Per Page: Yes or No.

  10. Select the number of Decimal Points (0–2).

  11. Select the register class(es) on the left and use the right arrow to allocate them.

  12. Click Preview to generate the PDF.

How do I export the ANA Mark Schedule to Excel or Google Sheets?

  1. Select the Year and Term.

  2. Select Export report.

  3. Choose Mark Info: With or without data.

  4. Select the register class(es) and allocate them using the right arrow.

  5. Click Export to Excel to download as a spreadsheet, or Export to Google Sheets to open directly in Google Sheets. The exported data can be edited as needed.

What is the difference between Preview in PDF and Export report?

Preview in PDF generates a formatted PDF for printing and submission. The export report generates a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) that can be edited after export. The PDF option has more configuration settings, such as area/circuit and header/footer options.
