The ANA Mark Schedule generates the Annual National Assessment marks schedule for departmental submission. It can be previewed as a PDF or exported to Excel or Google Sheets. This article explains how to generate both output formats.
Reports > Reports > DOE > ANA Mark Schedule
Select the Year and Term.
Select Preview in PDF.
Enter the Area/Circuit.
Choose Report headers: With or without school info.
Choose Report footer: With or without school info.
Choose Home Language Info: With or without data.
Choose First Additional Language Info: With or without data.
Choose Mark Info: With or without data.
Set Reset Number Per Page: Yes or No.
Select the number of Decimal Points (0–2).
Select the register class(es) on the left and use the right arrow to allocate them.
Click Preview to generate the PDF.
Select the Year and Term.
Select Export report.
Choose Mark Info: With or without data.
Select the register class(es) and allocate them using the right arrow.
Click Export to Excel to download as a spreadsheet, or Export to Google Sheets to open directly in Google Sheets. The exported data can be edited as needed.
Preview in PDF generates a formatted PDF for printing and submission. The export report generates a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) that can be edited after export. The PDF option has more configuration settings, such as area/circuit and header/footer options.
Yes. Select only the required register classes from the left-hand list and use the right arrow to allocate them before generating.
The ANA Registration Schedule is a separate report used to register learners for the ANA before the assessment. It is available at Reports > Reports > DOE > ANA Registration Schedule.
This depends on your district's submission requirements. The system allows 0, 1, or 2 decimal points. Consult your circuit office if unsure which format is required.
Yes. When you export to Excel or Google Sheets, the data is fully editable in the spreadsheet before submission.
