ANA Marks Schedule

The ANA Marks Schedule generates a schedule of Annual National Assessment (ANA) marks per register class for DOE reporting purposes.

How do I generate the ANA Marks Schedule?

  1. Select the Year and Term.

  2. Select whether to view the report as a PDF or to export it.

  3. Enter the area/circuit.

  4. Select whether to generate the report without school information in the header and footer.

  5. Select the home language, first additional language and marks information (with or without data).

  6. Select the number of records per page and decimal places (0–2).

  7. Move the desired register classes to the right-hand side.

  8. Click Preview to view the report.

Frequently asked questions

Can I generate the report for multiple register classes at once?

Yes. Move all the desired register classes to the right-hand block before clicking Preview. The report will include all selected classes.

What is the difference between the PDF and export options?

The PDF option generates a printable version of the schedule. The export option saves the data in a format (such as Excel) for further processing.

What is the number of records per page?

This setting determines how many learners are printed per page. Adjust it according to your printer preference or paper availability.
