How do I create the ANA Registration Schedule?

1. Enter the Area / Circuit.

2. Select the report headings: with or without school information.

3. Select the footer: with or without school information.

4. Select whether home language information should be included with or without data.

5. Select whether you want to reset the number per page.

6. Select the register classes on the left side and transfer them to the right side.

7. Click View to generate the report.

Frequently asked questions

Which learners are included on the ANA Registration Schedule?

Only learners in the register classes transferred to the right-hand block are included on the schedule. Ensure that all applicable classes are selected before generating the report.

Why must I enter the Area / Circuit?

The Area / Circuit code is a compulsory field for ANA reporting to the Department and must be correctly entered before the report can be generated.

Can I save the schedule in PDF format?

Yes. The report is generated as a PDF document that can be printed or saved. You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it.
