The ANA Registration Schedule generates the Annual National Assessment registration schedule for departmental submission. This article explains how to configure and generate the report. Note that this report includes a Special Needs column to accommodate special needs schools.

Enter the area/circuit.
Choose to report headers with or without school info.
Choose to report the footer with or without school info.
Choose to report home language info with or without data.
Choose to report the first additional language info with or without data.
Choose whether to reset the number per page.
Choose whether to show the ANA Registration Number.
Select the term to print.
Select the register classes on the left-hand side and click >> to allocate them.
Click Preview to generate the report.
The ANA Registration Schedule is a DOE report used to register learners for the Annual National Assessment (ANA). It is submitted to the circuit or district office as part of the formal ANA administration process.

This depends on your district's submission requirements. If submitting to a circuit office, including school info in the header and footer is generally recommended for identification purposes.
The ANA Mark Schedule is a separate report available at Reports > DOE > Curriculum: ANA Mark Schedule. It is used to record and submit ANA marks after the assessment has been written.
