Debtors > Accounts
Navigate to Debtors > Accounts.
Search by name, surname, or family code.
Click on the accountable person's name.
Next to workflow status, change the setting from Active to Disabled.
Click on the cloud icon at the top of the screen to save and confirm your changes.
Who is affected: The accountable person, Parent 1, and Parent 2 will no longer receive any communication of any kind from Fease.
Best use case: Useful for special cases or specific debtor accounts where no communication should be sent.
