Late Arrival and Absence Report

The Late Arrival and Absence Report provides insight into learner progress and activities. This report displays information about completed and outstanding tasks for learners.

Reports > Learners > Manage: Late Arrival and Absence Report

Use the Late Arrival and Absence Report to monitor the status of learner activities and tasks.

How is the report generated?

  1. Select the year and term you want to report on.

  2. Select the learners whose report you want to view.

  3. Click Generate report to display the completed and outstanding tasks.

What is shown in the report?

  1. Completed tasks: Activities that learners have already completed.

  2. Outstanding tasks: Activities that still need to be completed.

  3. Dates: Duration of tasks and completion dates.

Frequently asked questions

Can I print the report?

Yes, the report can be printed or exported as a PDF, as well as to Excel. Click the print option after the report has been generated, or click Export to Excel to export the report to Excel.

How do I filter the report for specific tasks?

Use the filter options in the report configuration panel. You can filter by activity type, status and other criteria.

What do grey blocks in the report mean?

Grey blocks indicate that data is not available or that the task is not applicable to that learner.
