How to use the Mass Email Waiting List

The Mass Email Waiting List allows you to monitor the status of emails sent in bulk, such as account statements and reports.

My School > Communication > Send a message > Mass Email Waiting List

How does the Mass Email Waiting List work?

When you open the function, a list of all mass emails that have been sent or are in the waiting list is displayed. The Status column shows which emails have already been sent and which are still waiting to be sent. Each entry serves as confirmation that the email was dispatched.

Frequently asked questions

Which types of emails appear in the waiting list?

Emails sent in bulk, such as account statements and report emails, appear in the waiting list. Individual emails sent via other screens will not appear here.

What does it mean if an email is still in the waiting list?

It means the email has not yet been delivered. This can happen if the system is processing a large volume of emails. The email will be delivered automatically once it reaches the front of the waiting list.

Can I cancel an email in the waiting list?

No. Once a mass email is in the waiting list, it cannot be cancelled. Ensure you have selected the correct recipients and content before sending the mass email.
