The Attendance Report provides comprehensive insights into student and staff attendance patterns. This tool helps identify trends, track compliance, and support intervention planning.

Report Types:

  • Individual student attendance records
  • Class-level attendance summaries
  • Departmental absence reports
  • Year group attendance analysis
  • Absence reason breakdown

Generating Reports:

  1. Access the Reports section from the main menu
  2. Select Attendance Report
  3. Choose the reporting period (week, term, year)
  4. Select the group to report on (individual, class, year group)
  5. Apply any additional filters
  6. Click Generate
  7. View results or export to Excel

Key Metrics:

  • Overall attendance percentage
  • Authorised and unauthorised absences
  • Lateness patterns
  • Absence reasons
