This screen displays Achievement Links per Category and Activity. Incorrect or erroneous links can be reviewed and removed here without changing the underlying achievement setup.

How do I review learner links?

1. Select the relevant year, Category and Activity.

2. Click the small expand arrows next to each achievement and grade to see the list of links for learners.

3. To remove a learner from the list, select the learner name and click the red Remove Selected button.

Frequently asked questions

Will removing a link delete the learner's achievement record?

No. Removing a link in View or Edit Learner Links only removes the link between the learner and the achievement. The achievement setup itself remains unchanged.

Can I remove multiple learners at the same time?

Yes. Select multiple learner names from the list and then click the Remove Selected button to remove all selected links at the same time.

Where do I set up the original achievement criteria?

Achievement criteria are set up at My School > System > Achievements > Databases > Academic Criteria. This screen serves only as a review and editing point for existing links.
