My School > Learners > Biographical Information

  • The Biographical Information function allows you to record additional developmental data—such as body weight, height, and IQ—directly onto a learner's profile. This helps your school maintain a holistic view of each child’s progress and well-being.

    Inputting Biographical Data

    To ensure your records are accurate and professional, follow these simple steps:

    • Filter your view: Select the appropriate Year, Term, Grade, and Register Class for the group you are capturing data for.

    • Bio Type: Choose the specific information you wish to enter from the drop-down menu (Body Weight, Height, or IQ).

    • Enter the Information: Input the values for each learner on the list.

    • Save your work: Click the "Submit" button to ensure all data is safely stored on the platform.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Why are some of my grades missing from the drop-down menu? If you cannot see a specific grade, it simply means the Learning Programme for that grade has not been created yet.

    • The Solution: Navigate to My School > Curriculum > Learning Programmes.

    • Add the Grade: Click the "Add New" button to create the necessary Grade and Term entries.

    • d6 Tip: Once you have added the programme, return to the Biographical Information screen; the grade will now be available for selection.
