How to capture Biographical Information
The Biographical Information function allows you to record additional developmental data — such as body weight, height and IQ — directly onto a learner’s profile, helping your school maintain a holistic view of each child’s progress and well-being.
My School > People > Learners > Learners: Biographical Information
How do I capture biographical data?
Filter your view: Select the appropriate Year, Term, Grade and Register Class.
Bio Type: Choose the specific measurement from the dropdown: Body Weight, Height or IQ.
Enter values for each learner on the list.
Click Submit to save.
Frequently asked questions
Why are some grades missing from the dropdown?
If a grade is not visible, the Learning Programme for that grade has not been created yet. Navigate to My School > System > Curriculum > Curriculum Setup: Learning Programmes, click Add New and create the necessary Grade and Term entries. Once added, the grade will appear in the Biographical Information screen.
