The purpose of this function is to allow the capturing of additional biographical information for learners (such as weight, Height
and IQ) on learner profiles.
Biographical Information Input
- Select the year, term, grade, register class for which the information must be entered.
- Select the biographical type that will be entered. You can select from Body Weight, Height and IQ.
- Enter the biographical information in for each learner.
- Click on the "submit" button to save the information.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if the grade that you would like is not showing up? It is only allowing me to put info in a few grades - not all.
- The ‘missing grades’ were not created yet.
- Click on My School > Curriculum > Learning Programmes
- Click on the "add new" button and create the Grade/Terms.
- Click on My School > Learners > Biographical Information
- The relevant Grade will now be available to select from the drop-down.
