Reports > Learners > Birthdays
Type <Ctrl> <F> to search for words in the article.

This function enables you to generate a list of learner and/or staff birthdays.
It is best practice to ensure that all learner and/or staff birth dates and/or ID numbers are entered in full to enable the system to use correct data when generating the birthday list.

GENERATE A BIRTHDAY LIST

Reports > Learners > Birthdays

  1. Choose the period over which the birthdays list must generate.
  2. Select the register classes on the left-hand side and click on the >> arrows to allocate them.
  3. Choose to show staff birthdays if needed.
  4. Click on preview to show the report. The report will be generated as a pdf document.
  5. Staff birthday report will print on a separate page from the learners.
  6. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this document.
