How to generate a Budget Report per Budgeter

The Budget Document per Budgeter is a planning tool for setting up next year's budget. It can be printed per staff member, showing only the budget items each person is responsible for — helping each budgeter plan their portion of the school budget accurately.

Reports > Finances > Budget > Budget Document per Budgeter

How do I generate the report?

  1. Select the Budget from the For Budget drop-down.

  2. Select the Responsible person from the For Budgeter drop-down.

  3. Click Continue.

  4. In the left pane, select the account(s) to include.

  5. Click the arrow to move selected accounts to the right pane.

  6. Click Preview to generate the report as a PDF. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view it.

Frequently asked questions

Can I generate the report for more than one budgeter at a time?

No. The report is generated per individual budgeter. To produce reports for multiple staff members, generate and print each one separately.

Can I select more than one account for the report?

Yes. Click each account in the left pane to select multiple accounts. Once selected, click the arrow pointing to the right to include them all.
