Budget per Staff Member

The Budget per Staff Member report allows you to generate summary and detailed budget reports for a specific responsible person (budgeter). This article explains how to generate both types of reports and print them.

How do I generate a summary report per staff member?

  1. Choose the budget by clicking the For budget drop-down arrow.

  2. Choose the responsible person by clicking the For budgeter drop-down arrow.

  3. Click the Continue button.

  4. Choose Summary at the Show option.

  5. In the left pane, select the required accounts to be displayed.

  6. Click the arrow button to move the selected accounts to the right pane.

  7. Click the Preview button to view the report.

  8. The report is generated as a PDF document which can be viewed and printed.

How do I generate a detailed report per staff member?

  1. Choose Detail at the Show option.

  2. In the left pane, select the required accounts to be displayed.

  3. Click the arrow button to move the selected accounts to the right pane.

  4. Click the Preview button to view the report.

  5. The report is generated as a PDF document which can be viewed and printed.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a summary and detailed report?

A summary report provides a high-level overview of budget allocations per account. A detailed report provides the budget over the different months.

Can I select multiple accounts at once?

Yes. Select the accounts, then click the double arrow to move them all at once.

Can I print the report directly?

Yes. The report is generated as a PDF document, which you can print directly from your PDF reader application.
