Reports > Learners > Certificate Lists

How do I print certificate lists?

  1. Navigate to Reports > Learners > Certificate Lists.

  2. Select the relevant register class(es) and configure any available filter options.

  3. Click Preview to generate the list. Awards are grouped per learner within each register class.

  4. Print or save the document as required. These lists can be filed in each learner's file.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Certificate List show?

The report prints all awards allocated to learners in the selected register class, grouped by learner. It provides a comprehensive view of each learner's achievements for filing or ceremony purposes.

Where are awards allocated before printing?

Awards are allocated to learners at My School > Learners > Achievements. Ensure awards are allocated before generating the certificate list.

What is the difference between Certificate Lists and the Allocated Achievements report?

The Certificate Lists report shows awards grouped by learner for filing or ceremony use. The Allocated Achievements report provides a similar overview but is typically used by the MC at awards ceremonies. Both draw on the same underlying achievement data.

Can I generate the list for multiple register classes at once?

Yes. Select all required register classes before generating the report to produce a combined list across classes.

Where can I print the actual certificates?

Certificates are printed separately at Reports > Learners > Certificates. The Certificate Lists report prints the list of awards only, not the formatted certificate documents.
