How to manage certificates

This article explains how to manage learner certificates. Please note that this feature is being discontinued and replaced by the Achievements module.

Important notice about certificates

The Certificates button will soon be discontinued. We advise you to make use of the new Achievements module instead, which offers improved functionality for managing year-end rewards and recognition.

  1. Navigate to My School > Achievements.

  2. The Achievements module allows you to set up achievements for year-end rewards evenings.

  3. Follow the instructions in the Achievements overview article for detailed guidance on setting up and managing achievements.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the Certificates button being discontinued?

The Certificates functionality has been replaced by the more comprehensive Achievements module, which provides better tools for managing learner recognition and year-end rewards.

Where can I find the new Achievements module?

Navigate to My School > Achievements to access the new module.

Will my existing certificate data be migrated?

Please contact the d6 support team for assistance with migrating any existing certificate data to the new Achievements module.
