The Groups Report generates a membership list for communication groups set up under My School > Communication > Communication Channels. This article explains how to generate the report.
Reports > Learners > Management: Groups Report
Move the groups you want to report on from the left-hand list to the right-hand side.
Click Preview to generate the report.
The report shows a list of members belonging to each selected communication channel. It is useful for verifying which learners or parents are subscribed to specific channels.
Communication groups are created and managed at My School > System > Communication Setup: Communication Groups. The Groups Report draws its data from the groups configured there.
Yes. Move all the required groups from the left-hand list to the right-hand side before clicking Preview. The report will include membership data for all selected groups.
The report is generated as a PDF via the Preview button. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader or a compatible PDF viewer to open and print it.
Only groups created under My School > System > Communication Setup: Communication Groups will appear. If a group is missing, verify that it has been created and is active.
