PERFORMING THE REGISTER CLASS SETUP

  • Prerequisites before this step can be completed:
  • Register class grouping must be completed.
  • An indication must be made of which register classes will be used.
  • For each of the classes, click on the radio button next to the class and click on the edit button.
  • Enter a reference for the register class.
  • Select the classroom number.
  • Select the educator for the classroom.
  • Click on the save button to commit your changes.
  • You can now proceed to do the same for all of the classes.
Important notice: Only complete these steps once you are certain that the prerequisites for these steps have been met. The administrative year-end cannot be reversed, and any mass changes applied will have to be changed by hand.
