How to set up the Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct function allows the school to set up Recognitions and Violations linked to the discipline module through positive and negative marks.

My School > Code of Conduct

Setup order

  1. Set up Categories for behaviour types (e.g. Discipline, Achievement).

  2. Set up specific Behaviour items within each category with positive or negative marks.

  3. Set up Actions to be taken for violations or recognitions.

  4. Process actions via Action Processing when a learner receives the behaviour item.

  5. Monitor via Action Control.

Frequently asked questions

Does the system calculate a net total per learner?

No. The system records individual positive and negative marks per item but does not automatically calculate a net total.
