The DBE requires schools to submit their data on a regular basis by making use of SA-SAMS and Valistractor which are not products of d6+. We provide an opportunity to export your d6+ data to an SA-SAMS database which can be deployed in SA-SAMS and then be submitted to the DDD with the Valistractor product. The school is accountable for the data quality submitted in terms of any submissions.
Our process for submissions is in line with Circular 02/2017 from the Gauteng Department of Education dated 9 February 2017.
Submissions Overview
Public and subsidised schools are required to submit school information to the DBE. Although Independent and IEB schools are governed by their independent body (e.g. ISASA) we advise that all schools enquire from their District as to what your School is supposed to submit to comply with the DOE.

NSC Registration
The NSC registration process for grade 10-12 learners in the FET phase is required every year. We automated the process to assist the school effectively.
- Capture the information for learners with disabilities that qualify for accommodations and/or concessions in d6+ before exporting the database.
- The process for completed forms is generated and printed in SA-SAMS and sent home for signatures by parents.

Excel Reports
We’ve noticed how much the Department makes schools rely on Microsoft Excel for completing various additional templates that range between control documents, tools, measurement, analysis, schedules and statistics. “Excel Reports” are meant to reduce the administrative burden, save time and empower you.

IQMS capturing for final year-end submissions.
